Our only SBC home games in 2014. LTU R a full thousand plus more than anyone else.

Notable that we would be 4th in attendance in C-USA, behind UTEP (enrollment 23,003), UTSA (enrollment 28,725) and Marshall (enrollment 13,279).
I'm a little skeptical of UTSA's numbers. I'd have to see some crowd shots. Unless the games they played against the Texas schools and Arizona last year offset what I could only guess were poorly attended games against New Mexico, FIU, and USM.

EDIT: Also they were 4-8, even more skeptical.

This whole list is BS solely based on Tulane. If they had 1k at any game other than 1st home of new stadium I'd strut around in a f'n thong mid field against Northwestern St this season.

I hear they draw really well, and were well marketed.

-----HEy C-EX maybe you can help me on this ---What were the factors that DEcreased our not having the crowds we expected??? I realize that the early losses were a problem, but was the weather ok??

LTU R was a surprise, I expecte 30K plus after a big win over Southern and such a long absence of them at Cajun Field. Cannot remember the weather that day.

Box score shows 70s and either clear or partly cloudy for those games, Boomer. LTU was 80(ish) and partly cloudy also.

There's literally nothing else in town for people to go see, besides the Spurs. UTSA has always been a huge draw in San Antonio

Southern rain all day and almost all game without a doubt. LaTech can't remember.

Cajun Field capacity is 36,900. Based on last year's average, we averaged 70% capacity.

75% is an increase of 1900 fans which would put at 12th.
80% is an increase of 3745 fans which would put at 8th.
100% puts the attendance at 3rd.
