Washington, Long Earn All-Louisiana Honors

The Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA) announced its annual men's basketball postseason awards this weekend with Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns junior Shawn Long earning first team honors and freshman Bryce Washington earning a nod as co-Freshman of the Year.

Speedy is a pretty good ball player and the sports writers typically try to appease everyone in the state. I see it in cross country every year. Xavier and Louisiana College runners make team when they wouldn't travel for almost every D1 school in the state.
