Note, Billy Kennedy coaches at Murrary State. They are 10 and 2 this season. One of the wins was a road victory against Western Kentucky.

SFA is 7 and 3 right now. One of the losses was by 3 at Arkansas. Last year Kaspar led SFA to the SLC regular season and conference tournament championship.

We would be lucky to get either of those two guys to be the next head coach of the Ragin Cajuns.

What's Dennis Felton up to?

He won Sun Belt Conference titles with WKU in 2001, 2002, and 2003.
In 02 WKU was ranked 17th in the nation.
In 03 WKU was ranked 19th in the nation.

He knows how to win in the Sun Belt.

He should be at the very top of the list.

Dennis Felton (Georgia) and Billy Gillispie (Kentucky) would be my two top candidates. I think both are available. Gillispie would be a great fit for UL. He was terminated at UK due to off the due to some off the court issues. HE has had some DUI problems. I suggest that we bring him here, show him some love, help him get his life together, and hope that he repays us by putting our team back on the NCAA basketball map.

Billy is hardcore. Lafayette plus a drinking problem may not be a good combo.
