Chrome OS isn't the most attractive operating system for a power user, but that hasn't stopped it being somewhat successful in low-cost laptops. Where Chrome OS is yet to make an impact, though, is in the all-in-one desktop market, which has been dominated by Windows and Mac OS X products...
