Not good. No offense to Centenary, but because of the nature of their athletic program and how it is viewed at that school, they are typically a warm-up victory for the Cajuns, or any DI school in Louisiana for that matter.
Josh... next time the Cajuns play and lose, please don't write about it. Someone might think you have an "agenda".
I think that the "Robert Lee Watch" has officially begun. Even Stevie P. said on his show this morning that this and the Mobile game are "BAD LOSSES" and "unacceptable." If one of your "star" players says in the paper the he is "DISGUSTED" with our play, dose this mean that Lee has lost his team already?
If we take David Walker at his word that the team has to show marked improvement from last year and we're already 4-8, what does Lee need to do to save his job? Maybe they're doing like the Lakers and waiting to the SunBelt Tourney to "turn on the switch" and cruise into the NCAA's.
Strangely enough, the team looked the most athletic I've seen. But, in the correllative, I've been to a LOT of bball over the past year, and not only have I never seen so many people on a single team unable to score outside 3" of the basket, it never even occurred to me that it was even possible.
One common theme remained, the only entertainment...

Nice pics, ConnMan.
Those are great pics. Look at the first one. Not so much the action shot, but the background. The Dome is EMPTY! Pretty sad that UL basketball has been allowed and continues to be allowed to operate at such a poor level. The longer this cr*p continues, the less and less I care. Why? Because our leaders don't exhibit any caring. This stuff continues year after year, sport after sport. All UL appears to be interested in is maintaining at the 1A level, albeit the lowest possible 1A level. Please UL, SOMEONE step up and give us reason to believe things will improve, that there is a vision, a Plan, that will transform UL sports and the perception of UL.
