I was recently in town to complete a review of the fan experience for a Cajuns baseball game at The Tigue. Thought I'd share the review here for some feedback:

For those of you who frequent The Tigue, what's your favorite aspect of the gameday experience? What's the one thing you'd like to see added or changed?

One small thing, there is a second entrance on the 1st base side near the cooking club, which I guess you did not experience. So make that 2 small items.

Details, please. Last we heard on this board was that Robe said that they needed $9 million for the reno, and that we had to have half of that to get started. Have we gotten to the 'magic number'? Thanks.

I didn't notice the second entrance. Is this open to all fans or only the cooking club? The information I received about the cooking club is that is exclusive to a select few, which is why I didn't include it in the concessions review. However, this is a good point to add in to either the atmosphere or fans section. I'll work on that. Anyone have a good link or quick description of the cooking club and its origins?

I heard an interview earlier this year where he said that there was enough money earmarked for baseball (from the master plan capital campaign) to hire an architect and get things started.

I am not aware of a certain $ amount but if it appears they have what they need to get started. And that was all straight from Robe's mouth just a few months ago
