Because I think once the game went to a shootout the game announcer probably didn't think the gators would win, and when they did, Thanks in large part to Mr. Zultec for that obvious on purpose Missed shot on goal..
Being McBrien is captain got the star for no other reason..

As far as I know the SPHL has no specific policy on photos or video. Many people post pics they take all the time and there are tons of video on youtube,
