  1. Default Gators have a new player

Plan on watching Trevor hangout looking for the one pass he might be able to score with. Dont plan on watching him deliver any poke checks, body checks or do any forechecking as the opposing team is skating the puck into the Gators zone.

He scored a goal tonight so he's okay in my eyes. Seems like a good match with the team.

what ever happend to that player that we were supposed to get in a trade? Mike Tumoi or something like that?

Tuomi never showed that I know of and was placed on team suspensions
    per league transactions:
Louisiana 12/20/09 Tuomi, Mike (RW) placed on team suspension

I like Trever though.. He'll probably be gone soon since I won his jersey last night

Trevor should be a great fit for the Icegators.
It is far and few between that anyone checks on the gators side.
A little push off with the hands now and then, but a Check...rarely
I have never understood why the gators defense is so passive.
No Pursuit, No Pressure on the puck.
The team that controls the puck, controls the game. It never seems to matter to the gators.
The defense is so soft, they will stand around and watch the play develop, and hang the goalie out to dry..
With the new Coach being a former defenseman , I thought, alright, he will understand and fix this..
    I guess not..

McBrien was throwing some checks last night. And of course Jensen used to as well.. but i won't open up that can of worms

I agree, they should've never gotten rid of Jensen. He was without a doubt their best defenseman. This has been their worst move so far!

    There, can opened!

Watched him do just what you said, on Sunday in P'cola. :-(

I like grinding, gritty hockey players....players not afraid to get in the corners and dig for the puck, not afraid to put a hit on somebody! Definitely don't get that with Trevor. Too much of a pretty boy for me.
