Take a ride around the Woodvale area. Good quiet neighborhood. Best school district from K-12 if you wanna go public. And it's right in the middle of EVERYTHING in Lafayette. I have seen some houses for sale and rent.

One of my best friends is selling their house. It's a little outside of Lafayette, but still in the area. Nice neighborhood, 3 bed, 2 bath. Still a pretty new house. The agent is also very nice looking as a bonus.
