Agreed! been saying it since last year that he would be the better choice of this years draft class! He has been in a pro style system in college, but just needs to make better decisions under pressure. his short comings can be fixed and he has alot of talent. he would be worth a first round draft pick to sit behind Brees for a few years.

If Saints could get 1st overall pick and Glennon for Brees, I think it's a done deal. Saints will roll with Glennon as starter, trade down from 1st overall getting further valuable picks, and come out smelling like a rose.

The Saints traded Graham away for a sure bet center and a first round guess. That says they intend to keep Brees especially an upright Brees. IMO they are spinning their wheels, Saints may have a winning season, maybe even get to the playoffs, but are a desperately long shot at the Super Bowl.

All these trade brees ideas assume someone will dump multiple high picks on the Saints. The argument for taking it is that he's old. But isn't him being old also an argument against anyone dumping a bunch of high picks for him? Unless your team REALLY thinks its only a QB away from a championship in the next two years, why would you do that? They traded Graham for a pro bowl center, and kept the RB precisely to help keep heat off of Brees (improved blocking and run game). Brees is not going anywhere. I'm also not sure Brees is Brees without Sean Payton (and maybe vice versa).

I think the only team this would make sense for is as Express stated: Arizona.

Noted. I just think the offer would have to be RIDICULOUS to change the course they seem to be on....which is protect Brees better.
