Less than 1% of members have donated? That is embarrassing!

Have you ever thought about sending a PM to all members to make them aware of the fundraising Turbine? Include your annual costs that you explained on the sport's note last week and also how much has been donated so far.

A lot of members may visit more during football season and not so frequently in March. Just a thought.

My donation will be submitted Friday.

Turbine can answer this better but I did hear him explain it on the radio last month.

When he started the website he felt that it was important to make it an open forum so that anyone just passing by, or "browsing", would be able to see that there was activity, or "traffic" on the site. If it is a closed forum where only members can see recent posts someone who was casually browsing the web may not realize how many people are on Ragin'Pagin on a daily basis discussing Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns!

I may be wrong and I am sure that Turbine will give a better explanation shortly.
