_ How do you finish $154K in the red when you get a $750K payout? What is different about a bowl game and a "money" game like UL played at Nebraska? _

I think the Independence Bowl may be 2 years in arrears on total school payouts...as an example. Assuming they eventually pay, all is well, but as far as cash flow goes...maybe that is part of the issue.

my guess is that for bowl games you bring the team in for many days, not just 1 or 2.

The Texas Bowl is officially full (Missouri vs. Navy).

However, assuming Army loses, CBS is showing Marshall vs. Northern Illinois (MAC vs. MAC) in the Eagle Bank bowl. Think anyone wants that to happen?

ESPN has heard nothing from MAC about bowls. This is a good thing. Im thinking something wicked is about to happen from the MAC, hope its good.

Yes we were projected based on the so called Sunbelt conference secondary tie ins. Even the writers making the projections thought a 6-6 sunbelt team had to be selected over a 6-6 team from another conference. We were left out. We have yet to be projected this year that I have seen.
