Brad, have you ever had a serious talk to anyone at UL? I know that Joe Savoie would hear pretty much anyone's views. He may not agree with you, but he does listen. (I'm sure others will disagree, but I have know him for 20+ years and I know him pretty well.)
I've been a lurker on this board for a long time, and I know how much you want to coach at UL, but I wonder if you need to go somewhere else and build your resume? If you have success there, and then choose not to return it would be our loss. I just hate to see someone who shows your passion for the game "sitting on the bench" waiting his turn.
When I was a kid and my coach would not put me on the field my father told me to go stand by the coach. Eventually when someone messed up coach would put me in the game just to give me a chance. When I got on the field I proved I deserved to be there. I'm telling you to go get close to the powers that be at UL, and maybe, just maybe, they will give you a chance. I fear that your posting on this board looks like you are vulture circling above Lee waiting for your chance to swoop down on him.
