Thread: Louisiana vs. LSU

I was wrong when I predicted a loss by 30. I'm proud of the effort that the guys put out tonight. I still think that this job is to big for Lee, but his team played hard tonight. It's a shame that we just could not get more shots to fall, and a 45-28 rebound differential will not win you many games. I found it interesting that both teams shot right at the 40% mark.

How do you know that you are a die hard Cajun fan? I know that a victory over LSU would go along ways toward shutting down the "get rid of Lee" talk but I still wanted our team to win.

You can't convince or argue any point as to why a true fan should ever cheer for their team to lose. I don't care how much I want a coach fired. I still want to win games. I don't like that coach Bustle is retained, but I'm still going to cheer for them to win. I don't like that Lee is our coach this season but I still want them to win. I can't look at Mason, McGuire, Daigle, and Gary and not want those guys to win. Period. They go out and give their all for this University. They aren't making decisions in the front office. They just go out wearing vermilion and evangeline (black too) and give their all.

My point exactly! I wonder what we would all say if the admin told us one more loss and we would get a new coach in ______ (fill in the sport)? I just can't pull against the Cajuns. It's just not in my blood to want them to lose for any reason. That's why I take all the losses so darn hard.

But, leave the personal attacks on players out.

Dont be fooled by the score. The same thing happened last year and look at where we ended up.
