I hope you are correct but I don't see a scenario that includes Troy being flat. They want this win badly. They are not only playing for an undefeated league record and sure bowl birth but they are also playing to get that 9th win and possibly a better bowl bid. I don't see them overlooking us at all.
Troy already has the sure bowl berth, but the team will be very pumped up. It was their #1 goal to go undefeated in conference for the first time since joining SBC. I bet they come in fired up to accomplish their season-long goal. Troy 44, UL 24.
BTW, how do yall think the crowd will be?
I was reading through Troys game notes that are found with the link that andrepourciau posted on another thread.

As I read through Troys game notes, I was hoping to find any weaknesses that I could use to silently coach the Cajuns from my seat in the stadium. I found an interesting bit of information about five of the coaches:
In the past year coaches Brown, Rowell, Scott, Parker and Schlarman have welcomed new additions to their families.
I thought that was interesting so I asked my husband,
Did you know that five of Troys coaches had babies this year!
Do you know what he had to say about that?
He said, I didnt know Troy had so many female football coaches.
Silly me!
He got me on that one.
I am a Troy grad and have been following since around 1968.
I will admit this game has me worried. I said the same thing on the Troy board.
For one thing Troy does not play nearly as well on the road. Another problem is we had problems with Western Kentucky and several other weak teams before finally pulling away, usually in the third quarter. Also last year we had the best DB's we probably have ever had. They are all gone and we may have the weakest ones now, tho they have improved a bit. We also give up a lot of big plays both running and passing.
On the positive side, CLB has a habit of calling off the dogs early and taking knees when the game is not in doubt toward the end. That means the scores in some could have been a lot better. The offense at times seems unstoppable.
On an even bet I would put money on Troy and still not be confident, but against the odds I would go with you.
