Twitter_has published a blog post_in support of FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler’s net neutrality proposal, which is set to be approved on Thursday. The statement, penned by the company’s public policy manager, Will Carty (@WRDCarty) says: “We need clear, legally sustainable rules to ensure that the internet remains open and continues to give everyone the power to create and share ideas and information instantly, without barriers. This is the heart of Twitter.
