"who is Mobile? Is that a traveling team or are you talking about South Alabama?"

Hey Beaux, are Dooley's 's pups bowl eligible yet??
Right now, I'm wondering if I'd be better off watching the Errol Rogers' led ladies play over the men. At least they are supposed to be terrible. My expectations are lower there.
6'5"+ guys jacking up threes all night, and the other 4 standing around hoping the rebound will come their way. I don't know for sure, but i think i can count our points in the paint on just my hand(s).
We had a overall height advantage but did not see one dunk all night...although I might have missed one when i dosed off![]()
wasn't trying to be sarcastic I just thought they might have been a traveling exhibition team. Now that I read thouroughly I realize what everyone is in an uproar about. Hey we lost to seattle university last year. I thought that was a correspondence college.
Hey its not like football where div 1 teams can wear you out with endurance. This is five men playing well together that beat five men who aren't clicking right now. It happens all the time in basketball. And if I am not mistaken Life college in atlanta is a chiropractor school that has won the NAIA championship several years in a row. So maybe Mobile is not that bad.
Syracuse lost at home to Lemoyne earlier but has since refocused and knocked off UNC last week in impressive fashion. A good team will stumble at times but its how you gather yourself and get leadership from within that will tell you how good you can be. We do not have this type of leadership from either the coaches or players. We are also not talented like Syracuse but the point is, I don't think you'll see any emergence of a team that can win ball games.
Robert might be the worst head coach in D1 history to have ever been hired.
Remember, the Cajuns did not want Lee, they wanted Cyprien. Then we found out that Cyprien had not told the entire truth on his resume. We fired him and hired the only person that we could get to come in at the last minute.
He should have been hired for 1 year, and then we should have gone through the entire process again. Had Lee been the #1 guy he could have put in another application.
We have been going to UL Basketball since the team cam back from suspension back in Blackham. We were not always the best team, but we could play with anybody. Could you imagine Robert Lee trying to play with the old Georgetown team? How about Marquette, or Kansas? We didn't just play, we won or were runner-ups huge tournaments like the Great Alaska Shootout, the Sugar Bowl Classic, and the Kentucky Tournament. I guess those days are gone for the foreseeable future.
As for my seats, they not sit empty. I'll make a commitment to UL Basketball when they make a commitment to the fans.
