I feel like if we had Gary on the floor we'd have some leadership and motivated players. I see him in the first seat on the bench, dressed nice, holding a dry erase board and coaching from the bench. Is he the floor general we're missing?

One positive for Lee is that this game happened during the final push of college football season. Not as many will notice.

Realistically, does anybody think there's a good chance he may not finish the year? Either resigning or fired?

On game day motivation starts at the top 'The Gipper'. Next comes comes peer pressure perhaps in the form of a motivated teammate. Peer pressure is not the same as social pressure which is just as important. Finally you have self motivation the rarest form of motivation.

It's not that different from Reaganomics.

I believe that La'Ryan is one of the team leaders because of his intensity and passion.

Wallace probably won't redshirt because the Cajuns have no depth inside, and Batiste and Mitchell have done little to prove they are ready for more.

Dixon is week to week with the lingering ankle injury.

Gary and Wallace won't be back before late December.

When I suggested Wallace redshirt, I did so from the long term standpoint. If some accuse me of giving up on this season already with such a move, I won't argue. We likely will have new leadership next season and it would be nice for the new guy to have one returning experienced player.

Correct Mike but from all indications that have been reported, guys like Dison, Gary and Daigle are ahead of pace in their academics to get their final year back which would give us a good nucleus with Gradnigo and Bureau. It will be for nothing if we keep Lee or don't get someone that can actually get these guys to bust their butt in the offseason and actually improve.

Unfortunately, he won't resign but I do think the possibilities are getting better that he is dumped before the end of the year.

Who are you guys kidding?! UL doesn't fire coaches in the middle of seasons.. Heck, UL hardly ever fires coaches in the middle of OFFseasons. I am afraid Lee stays until the end of a 2-26 (do we play that many games?) season, and is canned in March.

    p.s. GEAUX CAJUNS!!!!

I remember when you had to get your tickets checked to get into the 100 sections.

    NOBODY CARED.

I did not make a single game last year and Tues. was the last for me this year. I am not a huge basketball guy, but even I could see the poor play and how badly we were boxed out underneath.
