Wonder is this will get Mr. Pellerin thinking about his decision to head east instead of due north?

He ain't coming here and thus I do not care where he is heading. Pellerin is not dropping out of Ole Miss for a guy still in high school and who may never be there to compete.
Pellerin will most likely move to safety.
They signed kelly the #1 JC Qb
If you are dual threat it makes absolute zero sense to commit LSU. Ole Miss, Miss St Auburn are possibly your best SEC options.
if you are a decent QB it makes zero sense to commit to a school that runs a 1960 style offense
They run a pro style offense. Seems to me if you are not a running quarterback LSU is a great place to be. Ask the guy from two seasons ago, getting drafted by the Titians. They also did pretty well with the kid from LaPlace until he absolutely ran out of second chances, and the guy who was a bigger version of Gautier, and not as successful both option type quarterbacks.
Bottom line they seem to do OK with quarterbacks except last year.
Jordan Jefferson sure looked sharp in that NC game
They recruit duals but don't run that offense. They have only had one stand out QB year and it was with Mettenberger. All others were sub par QB performances. They won games running and playing D. No time other than two seasons ago have they even came close to anyone touting them for QB position. In fact, that has been the #1 knock on Les Miles by local and national media, and of course their fan base.
