Troy is sitting at 7-2, with Arkansas and FAU in the next two weeks. If Troy can beat both we might have a top 20 team coming into Cajun field on November 28th.

If we take care of our business for the next two weeks the Troy game could end up being the biggest games in program history. It starts in Murfreesboro!!!

Well the Bowling Green Loss hurt Troy, if it were not for that loss the only loss they would have on the season is to the Number 1 team in the country, Florida.

I would say if they beat Arkansas they may get more votes, and possibly get to #24-25, not a top 20 team though.

No they shouldn't. They lost to Bowling Green and got blown out by Florida.

Hell the Cajuns would have a better chance...atleast they beat a time from a major conference.

Cajuns have a better chance at what??? ok so we beat K State. then followed that up with back to back losses to 1-5/6 teams and got blown out by Nebraska. come on now. not so realistic. The Bowling Green loss is at the very beginning of the season to hold a team from being ranked because of week 1 and it is now week 11. I love the cajuns but im not blind and give credit where its due.

Trojan Troll? Nobody said Troy isn't a very good football team. They are but they are not top 25 material.

The Sun Belt did not turn out to be particularly strong after the season played out so judging from Troy's non conference loss to Bowling Green, I would say no. I think they are good and if they can beat Arkansas then maybe, but as of now they have no quality wins to put them in there.

I don't really see anything wrong with his assessment. The day I see a Sun Belt team ranked that lost to BGSU is the day Santa Claus flies out of my left ear.
