When he wasn't playing last season, and that happened a lot, Nick Thurman kept himself occupied with a game within the game.-----------Great article of the chronology of this kid---What a love of the game----Man who could not want this guy as a teammate and friend----Such confidence and a true sense of humility that goes with the package---He didn't start but has some reps on the field and a huge amount of them on the bench----Baseball has So much to it and so much to love about it!!! My buddy and I that coached at Jesuit grew up loving the game and playing it---he loved talking to our new hitting coach when he was living in Thiboduax!!! So much to the game!!!

It surprises me that no one has mentioned the hurt that will come from the loss of Ryan Wilson… that cat was a competitor and we will miss him just as much as the other guys they continue to list on the departed pitching staff in all of these articles, yet his name has yet to be mentioned...
