The carrier announced they have started rolling out the Lumia Denim update for the Lumia 925 and Lumia 1020 in the UK as we speak. The update is rolled out in phases so you may have to wait for a few days before it reaches you, so don't panic. The carrier also announced they are working on the updates for other Windows Phone handsets as well which should go out "soon". If you're in possession of any of the above mentioned devices tied to O2, you may want to check your device for an update, or manually check for it if you can't wait for the OTA to arrive.
