If he was good enough to coach in college he would still be coaching in college. Not saying that he isn't a good coach, good person or good recruiter...saying that you can't compare the last 4 years we have had to the jake years. Quite frankly the quality of the teams the last 4 years have been heads and shoulder above the jake years and we can afford and have the means to get a coach and recruiter heads and shoulders above Coach Cook.
Don't worry. I'm sure he will learn the new name and keep right on yelling. Just 3 - 4 seats down the row from me and it would sure be nice without the yelling. Or better yet, he can put his name in for the job!! And doesn't the D coordinator coach from the box not on the field? What good does yelling at him do

UL defensive coordinator James Willis is leaving the program for a position with the New Orleans Saints.
I'm still sticking with Lance Guidry. We get some of our best coaches out of Ryan Street High School. I don't think he has been in trouble with the law lately. We have shown we will hire coaches with questionable choices in life. I'm down for some Defense With Attitude.
