I've seen both instances way to many times... Sooner or later your players develop the same loser attitude.

You are correct in that play calling at times seemed to be poor, but Masson is just not executing the offense effectively. He overthrows WAAAY too many open receivers... and he is scared to tuck the ball and run to keep the defense guessing.
