This loss today is it for me its just too frustrating to continue to back a team that plays the part of "Choke Artist" better then anyone else ive ever seen. I don't think i can stomach watching or listening to anymore of this team for quite a while now.
Its no longer "Geaux CAJUNS" its lets "Choke CAJUNS"
And worse part is this isn't even really an opinion as much as it is facts , its just not worth it as long as we continue stay stuck in this same F'n rutt !
That sucking sound you hear is the air rushing out of this season. This was a MUST win after last week's debacle. Here we sit at 2-2 in SBC play, with all of the tough games to go. Don't see how we can win any of them. What a shame after a promising start and lots of support. Oh, well, wait till next year.
Now on to today's game. I've got to pin this one on coaching, that is poor coaching. UL was the better team today, but poor play calling on 3rd down kept FIU in the game. Why didn't Bustle put McGuire in when we had 1st and goal (twice) after he has proven he can score in the red zone? What happened to the defense on that last FIU TD drive? Wow, I'm still stunned over this latest collapse. Man, that K-State game seems years ago now.
The article was right...this is a business trip, and unfortunately we got busted banging the intern.
Gauthier was healthy, but only heard his name once. I guess Ricky just wants to keep it simple. I just hope he is simply unemployed soon.
I know choking on a consistant basis takes a team effort and its hard to lay everything at just the head coach's feet , but lets face it he is the head of the water constantly flushing down the toilet in every seasons second half and somekind of change is needed. Enough is enough to sit and just accept failure esp in the ways we are now doing it is simply pathetic , and if no move is made then it to me says the people behind the program simply don't care so why should i keep supporting that effort in anykind of way.
