Because before last night he's been struggling with his shot and he has been a defensive liability. He improved both last night, but needs to show more consistency in both to continue to demand playing time.

He's shooting .349 from the field and .615 from the line after last nights 19 point output.

LOL, I just noticed your screen name LLcoolway, I like that.

I have no problem with Register's playing time. When need 5 guys on the same page on the court and playing defense. Also it has been said above about him being hurt and this has limited his playing time and even dressing out. Register did a much better job last night on defense and will see more playing time if he continues to play defense. Mike mentioned in another post but it is worth repeating, what impressed me the most was the fast break when he took ball to the rim and finished.

His shooting percentage would improve if he was able to "break a sweat" in the games he plays....He is a slasher, and gets on a roll when shooting....But, he needs more minutes to "get hot".....The boy can score....Give him a chance...We would have easily beaten ULM if could have played more than TWO(2) minutes....Just very frustrating to see when our shooting guards cannot shoot from the 3-point line....But I understand if he has not been 100%....

Agreed!! He should at least share Wronk's total minutes...Register is a better athlete on both sides of the court...
