I have reviewed several P5 schools weight rooms and they all look similar to what we are building. Cardio up top, individual power stations down below. Example, Alabama's room:

One thing I did fail to mention is at the top of the stairs will be an NFL room. NFL scouts will be able to come in and watch film and talk with coaches. I would have taken pictures but it would have looked liked the sheet rock at my house. Also the lobby will have things from Jake, Brian, Peanut, Ike and other NFL players. It sounded like all have already donated items for the lobby.

I remember the conceptual drawing seemed to have a large window area between the weight room and the inside of the IPF. I wonder if this is still in the plans or wound up being changed.

Thanks for the photos. Looks like they will be able to have some of the building finished on time but not all. It will be interesting to see if they can make it. My contact with Lemoine said late September. Keep in mind I doubt that being finished with the APC does not mean having the Cox building demolished.

The key to it, is not to grow up. Everyone or nearly everyone thinks I am weird because of my clothing, but it has got me noticed and into place that I could not have gone being just a donor.

I thought the Cox building would be sticking around until the stadium renovations in phase II? I thought I remembered hearing that some of the offices needed to replace the Cox building would be in that section. Would be great if it could go sooner than later.

I can't see that Cox building sitting there about 20' in front of the new APC for another 2-3 years and possibly more the way this administration get started on new construction.

Yes, its a good thing the cox building is right next to the new building. If it was further away, it would be forgotten about like the bell tower. I'm sure it will be gone sooner than later.

Ole Miss has windows between the cardio room and the practice field. It's nice. IMO this facility will be as nice as theirs.

So what are the windows to in the weight room picture if not to the IPF?
