Construction Cam APC ( Athletic Performance Complex )

As I look at the design 0f the new building and the location, I am wondering just where and how the players and band will enter! Again , hating to see a building just be done with, I wonder if part of the cox could be salvaged as say an athletic museum or welcoming center after a fix up!

I would think they will enter the stadium through the tunnel.

The tunnel isn't going anywhere! They'll walk out of the APC and into the tunnel. Nothing will change with that.

The Cox building needs to be demolished ASAP!

looking at picture posted a few days ago by the actual photo from the rig tower. I think they will finish detail with bricks in some places and really dress it up, but that is just a guess from me.

Or they cut back on the outside to make sure the inside was as close to what they wanted, which I'm fine with. The athletes will spend all their time inside... Not walking around looking at it

Houses are different, we won't ever have to sell the APC, the exterior could also be improved years down the road if we find ourselves in a better financial situation.

---Well yea --I get that they will come down the tunnel but it is a sealed area and about 20 feet to walk now to the tunnel----when they come out of the APC it will be a much longer route and don't know if it will be fenced in!!!

The original plan was to have this as a plaza with limited parking spaces closer to the IPF if I'm remembering the drawings correctly.

Same here, the bricks would make it look and cost a lot more. But would definitely make it a better looking facility.

The same could be said about the facade on the end zone facility too.

IMO a facade with Hardie cement panels would improve it a lot and be within a reasonable cost.

the Athletic Museum will be a part of the phase II renovation and expansion of Cajun Field
