I plan on getting some more of the T&F this weekend: the last time I went by it was all roped off for events going on in the CF parking lot.
I think that we have gotten pic of what the final product of the Quad is, but I will stop there too.
Most importantly I will try to get some of the progress of the demo of the eye-sore buildings.
Oh yeah, I also wanted to mention that according to a few sources, the bulldog mural from the old Union has NOT been re-hung yet, but that it is in a safe place, waiting for its new home.
Does anyone know how many years did we had a bulldog for our mascot?
1922-1974
Trick question.
On paper 1921.
Real live dog came much much later.

And the Bulldogs were named "Gee" after super popular football coach from 1947-1949 George "Gee" Mitchell 18-8-1.
He was also coach of the Nationally ranked Boxing Team.
Looks like they are starting to clean up the large area to the rear of the building. The only thing that is out there now (that I can see) is an area where they are mixing masons mortar. If they can get this area dressed and graded before the end of the week they will be in much better shape than they are now. Right now they are holding water in ruts all over the place.
Took these today of the track facility construction. It's starting to take shape so you get a better idea of what the final product will look like.
