Whether on not it is a visitors locker room or not, it's still a locker room. It is in the single story section that can be seen in the photo in post 273 above. You will also notice an observation deck on the roof of this section that is off of the second floor of the main building.
Neither do I, I guess it was an area that had not been filled in with bar joist when I looked at it. In either case I would suspect that there is an elevator shaft in the building, we just can's see it. I woulds suspect it is somewhere near the lobby. Judging from the photo above the main entrance looks like it will be at the inside corner formed by the new building and the IPF.
I've been assuming that the big opening that is in front of the rectangle, would be the enteance...but u r right: that doesn't square with the photo.
Also: that area you mentioned near the IPF, in the photo it projects out from the rest of that wing. Do you think that's why they have some wood along the middle? Did they pour a concrete pad for that projection?
Damn....wish we had a blue print or more details.
Yep, that was the original plan. I would imagine that the Cox building would have to be torn down first to make room. Until the cox building is gone (hopefully sooner than later) there won't really be a need for another visitors locker room.
Hopefully it does not get shifted into the new apf
There is no way the cox building will remain. Can you image what the front to the APC will look like if cox is still standing after the APC is completed. You might drive a truck between the two. All that works in the Cox building can be move to the APC.........
Yep, totally agree. I'm thinking/hoping that the addition of the second floor means that they would moving everyone out of the cox building. Then they can tear that mofo down and build the plaza. not to mention that it will definitely block the view/entrance to the apc if they don't
Can't wait until this thing is complete. It will be a game changer!
