Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns Softball will be holding its Fall Developmental Camp again this fall for high school softball players in grades 9-12.

UPDATE: Due to a scheduling conflict, the Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns' Developmental Softball Camp session originally scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 11 (2 p.m. - 5 p.m.) has been cancelled. The date will be rescheduled for Nov. 15 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 p.m.

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns Softball will be holding its Fall Developmental Camp again this fall for high school softball players in grades 9-12 during the 2009-2010 school year.

The instructional periods will take place on Sunday afternoons at Ragin' Cajuns Softball Park (Lamson Park) from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on the following dates: August 30th, September 6th, 20th, 27th, October 18th, November 8th and 15th for a total of seven sessions. The sessions will offer the opportunity for high school athletes to improve their softball skills while minimizing scheduling conflicts with other high school sports and give high school players a chance to learn to play the game the "right way." Situational game exposure and strategy will be discussed and covered. Players will learn techniques and skills from top Division I coaches and athletes. Scrimmages will also be held as part of the camp.

Costs for the seven sessions will $150.00. If five or more athletes from the same high school register together, the costs will be $125.00 per registrant.

Registration will be held at Ragin' Cajuns Softball Park (Lamson Park) on Sunday, August 30th, 2009, beginning at 1:30 P.M. Once again to receive the $25.00 discount, five or more athletes from the same high school must register together.
