HUD has won here, he would have won at Tulane. We have no idea how many interviews he has turned down or taken. If he wanted out, he would be gone... He isnt stuck here like you are claiming.
    Would you leave for Tulane?

At this point in time, NOTHING hinges on HUD staying or going.

EVERYTHING hinges on continuation of the Master Plan. If that stalls, all bets are off.

So, by default, everything is in a holding pattern until we hire a legit fundraiser. Who is holding that up?

Hud going helps us. Sending coaches into good coaching gigs is the next step. It's what we are supposed to be doing.

I can agree with your point about the Master Plan..but when Hud leaves, the next coaching hire is going to be extremely vital in my opinion to keep the train rolling.

325 is not what Savoie offered him.

And he didn't leave did he? But as you say, he "took" the Tulane job. When he "accepted" the Tulane job... It was for 900k more but he stayed for 350k less. That tells me he was staying for pretty much any reasonable compromise in salary. If tjoe tells him sorry, can't help you... He is gone.

..and at that time, if the Master Plan is an afterthought, we will NOT get the guy we need to keep the train rolling.....

    I'm not arguing that...
