Hud did...so if he wasn't looking for the first train out of Lafayette...why did he accept that job?

Did he? Or did he use it to get a raise? Since you apparently know everything he does behind closed doors. Last I checked he is still here. It was on the internet so it must be true. Going from 325k to 1.2 million isn't looking for the first train... It's smart. If he was looking for the first train, why did he take less than Tulane offered to stay?

Just did quick search to find an article linking HUD to Tulane. Tiger Droppings was the result.

You can't have it both ways...if it was Mississippi State after year one Hud would have been gone as fast as those three ASU coaches. Don't kid yourself thinking Hud is here for the long haul. He is stuck here. We got that info from a very reliable source...you can disseminate it all you want.

Must be true, then. Those guys know their ____ over there. I think half of the posters make over $300k/yr and run the 40 in 4.7 or less.

We had a miserable year on defense...but we did not fire our DC. In fact other than the questionable firing of Coach Edwards, no coach on that defense was fired for performance issues. That is a pretty telling sign that the failed scheme was...Hud's.
Have to agree. Dc's come and geaux but the 1 common constant is HUd . Sounds familiar with Lew Miles. Oc's come and Geaux but...
