_ UGA= loss away in athens, ga. Ohio is a different story however. i think going in 1-1 into a home game against Okie St. wouldn't be that bad, especially if we are coming off of a big upset win against Ohio. I'd like to think that the way Okie St. is playing now is indicative of how they will play next year however that probably won't be the case. they could play like crap one game and then run up the score the next. i think playing games against UH, USF, ECU, and teams like that are the kinds of games we should play. these teams generally make top 25 appearances at once every year or are darn close to it. play teams like that and play them well or beat them and we start pulling the 3 star recruits that they would normally get. just my opinion though _

I don't think a win over Ohio would be considered a "big upset".

We came off two wins that got everyone pumped up and excited about the season and we went into LSU and Nebraska with some high hopes, and we didn't get the result we were hoping for.

Just curious, but before the season started, what did you guess our record would be before the north texas game?? (not trying to be sarcastic by the way)

I thought at worst 1-3, best case 4-0, realistic 2-2, optimistic 3-1

IMO... any out of conference road win is an upset.

i didn't mean to say big upset against ohio. i think its a win but i don't know how much of an upset it might be. i just hope our schedule doesnt have us killing ourselves traveling all over the US to play everyone.

I'm not trying to get picky but first you're saying the win against Ohio would be a "big upset' but now you retract to say that you think its a win. That's kind of touching on all ends of the spectrum to be honest. However, the schedule next year is brutal even though this team should be the best we've had in a long time. With the attrition that most SBC teams will face along with our development of the youth we have, we should be set up for a run at the championship no matter what.
