----Pretty interesting with the recruiting angle and very true----I often pondered how a staff is assembled and how I would have done it---Thought I would get the 2 best minds to head up as the OC and DC (probably 2 old farts that forgot more than I knew)---After that it would have been personality, smarts, looks, younger guys that could hopefully gotten from that recruiting area---If they had a motor they could easily learn the playbook, schemes, and techniques from the coordinators!!! Get the players here!!!

Recruiting, imo, counts more than x's and o's, so I like what Hud is saying. You can't have too much talent on the team.
