SBC commissioner wants to see more variety in bowl games

What a stupid way to "spin" the fact that the Sun Belt had 3 teams in Bowls.
Looks like we also need "more variety" ...in Conference Commissioners.

Karl is a puppet. He doesn't say anything unless multiple other ADs complain. So we now know that other ADs have complained.

It might be time for Sun Belt Conference-affiliated bowls to mix things up.

So Sun Belt commissioner Karl Benson seemed to suggest in an interview with al.com's Tommy Hicks prior to Sunday night's GoDaddy Bowl in Mobile.

Among several questions, Hicks asked the commissioner if he'd "like to see more variety in the future."
