This. Broadway would irritate the hell out of me too in the passing game, but he also provided us with some stretches too that made being a Cajun fan tons of fun.

I'm not going to crap all over the guy and act like we should be "done with him".

The "done with him" comment was uncool. But it was from one person. There was no "we" in that comment.

As a Cajun fan, we want as many of our players playing in whatever mode, bowls, NFL, CFL, as much as possible. Broadway's NO bowl performance was stellar. Although I thought that Stover should have been MVP (scored most points) I understand why Broadway was picked.

Broadway crucial player in our three great seasons under his leadership.

Regardless of good or bad, I would never say next man up about our young competitors. That attitude is fine for that un cool dude, but he should keep it to himself, and if he opens himself to ridicule by stating how he feels too damned bad.

    * the team had the greatest run in the 3 yr span, not TB. He was part of a TEAM. Not every part of the team was the greatest ever. Think about what this team could have accomplished with a great throwing QB and a healthy Jamal Robinson. Not to mention a better offensive coordinator. Dont get ____ hurt cause i spoke my opinion, i probably have been supporting USL/UL since ..
You are without a clue. This offense run by Johnson and mostly quarterbacked by Broadway was the 17th highest scoring offense in the NCAA the last 4 years. They averaged 32.5 points per game. That is doing your job.

I was saying this very same thing last night amongst a few friends. He started the NOLA Bowl vs Tulane...not Brooks.
