I think 10 years ago before the SEC dominance began, you were awfully tired of Ohio State, Michigan, USC etc. getting all the media hype when you knew they weren't the strongest team in the country… Grass is always greener...

Saban sucks too, no doubt. I don't get as fed up watching him as I do Harbaugh, because he doesn't cry and make excuses when his team gets beat. He just goes back to the drawing board. Harbaugh is the biggest cry baby in football, bar none.

As a closet Michigan fan (was a Michigan fan as a kid before I embarked on a mission to attend UL and become the one and only Cajunhawk), I am very happy to hear that Michigan finally found their Maltese Falcon. They have been looking since the end of the Bo Schembechler regime to find another. It has been a series of wannabe Bo's, crazy coaching paradigms that cannot work at a school like Michigan, and that guy who had one good year at Ball State. in Harbaugh...they may have finally found the second coming of Bo. And hopefully this means that the College football world may be reaching the end of the SEC cycle. only time will tell. Congratulations Michigan fans, you got what you wanted. For a long time it hasn't been good to a Michigan Wolverine. Finally...things may be on the way up.

It will be interesting to see how quickly he can turn around the program. The cupboard isn't completely bear due to several highly rated recruiting classes Brady brought in. However the most glaring fix will be at QB and Rb. Let's see if Jim continues being the QB whisperer. Btw, I'm also a fan of Michigan but my allegiance belongs to UL.

Harbaugh, Meyer ...... These two alone will bring the BIG 10 back from the grave.
