My gripe is that we wont qualify for the Southland Conference tournament at this rate.

72-67, enough said. How many of those wins came against non D1 competition? If you count only D1 programs Marlin has a losing record. Y'all can worship him if you want, but the man isn't getting it done here.
I went back and looked at it, he is 9-1 against non D1 programs. So his record against D1 programs is 63-66. Man he is a great coach.
Double post
Have a good night, we can debate later. I'm gonna enjoy N.O.!
I'm still not accepting this loss, but it feels better knowing that Texas Southern beat Michigan State in East Lansing. Very weird basketball day. Many upsets.
These are observations, not excuses: Cajuns lose starting point guard, starting shooting guard and starting small forward. Guard positions filled with two returning major contributors and a highly ranked juco. Forward position filled by two new transfers, one a former starter from a power conference post season team, and a highly regarded juco. Reserve players are similar to last season's reserves. It's tough to believe that chemistry is an issue to such a degree that they can look so great in Lafayette and so lackluster on the road.
Wow! Unbelievable! I'll go to games but you ain't gettin em to come watch a team who struggles against Southland teams on a regular basis.
