Congrats on 4 in a row Cajuns!!!! This is definitely not the same Nevada team that we used to play in WAC.

Again, let's not draw final conclusions from one performance. Yes, the Wolkpack struggled today but they had success in several games this year. That is why you have to look at the larger sample size in an evaluation. Earlier, BlueDawg thought we would lose to most of the teams in CUSA this year. Obviously the way we played today that would not be the case. They way we were playing in September that would have been true. Kudos for our coaches in making changes in personnel and scheme so as what we saw in September did not continue.

Go watch again. The Lafayette was used in first statement as to where the team resides. University of Louisiana was a few words later. Hud help get that ball rolling, he would never do anything to stop it.

This is correct. I listened carefully the first time.

The community of Lafayette.
The University of Louisiana.

It was the sideline reporter who said "Louisiana OF Lafayette" (a new one for me). Hud didn't make a scene about it. He just kept right on going.

He just declared that we are the University of Louisiana, and ignored people who don't yet get it, knowing that if we simply BE Louisiana, the name thing WILL take care of itself.

Unless Cajuns fans decide to handle the situation without tact.

You know... because nothing makes ESPN correct a mistake they've made on purpose four years in a row like F bombs on Twitter.
