I supported the fact that he won games and thought he must be a good coach for doing so, but if this is so, I can no way back him up on this. Choice words is one thing, but pulling out knife is another.

Well, if he won games with a lack of knowledge and yelling just think how much he would win with some knowledge.

i think your son can attest to that. i do believe jenkins thought he was old school, but some of the decisions made in meeting rooms made no sense at all, and we had to go back and change them because they made no sense and put us in a very bad position on the field.
Jenkins is a bit if a hard ___, but kids love to play for him. He pushes his athletes hard, nothing wrong with his approach. I'm not sure what happened down there at his previous employer, but he did win at a difficult program to recruit.

Blake Anderson is a bit of a arrogant jerk at times, and he didn't fit in very well down here in Lafayette. Great coach? That remains to be seen, but he ran the most undisciplined program in the SBC this past season. No other program was more penalized or had more athletes removed from games by officials.

----Hey T--can you give us a quick thought on the recruiting this year for Memphis, MISS Southern, Rice, Houston, and maybe Tulsa--just good or bad or better or worse than us or an A, B, C!!!

If its in the form of a question its not a threat. LoL

Some of you need to open your eyes and realize that programs around the country are run in many different ways. What you see on the surface for the most part by coaches is window dressing, the bottom line is every coach and every staff has a side that only people in that program know about. If things get out of hand and actions are hurting people then they should be dealt with, and proper action should be taken. But all of a sudden Bethune Cookman, Alabama State, and Brian Jenkins are national news, give me a break. Take sometime to read this:

Hud and his staff do a great job, but in the heat of the moment whether in be in a meeting room, film room, practice, or on sidleines during games things may be said that are hurtful but not intentional.

this is exactly what you tried to bust my balls about on page 1. now its your argument?

Cajun T, i love what you do for UL, but not many of the players loved playing for Jenkins like you say. it was quite the opposite actually.
