They are still getting your dime with each page view from the ads on the website.

Technically they're getting someone's "dime" but probably not his dime.

If you look at the overall body of work, The Advocate is a better paper.
I know...and it is a matter of principal that I just won't read it or support it...until they change...GEAUX LOUISIANA!

I'm with you on this. I hope they change because they seem to be doing good work.

Nevada has the exact same sports branding motif as Louisiana and you use their name properly. Good job.

On the home front however you insist on slapping an unnecessary city tag. Not good.

    Why the double standard?

The takeaway is not to add Reno the rest of the week, that would make you look foolish.

The takeaway is to start using the branding prefered by the subject you are covering.

    Quit the double standard.

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns or Louisiana for short.

I agree, it's truly pitiful. No reason to do it, except spite.

Yep, funny how things change. I remember when the guys at the oak were begging the university to take money. Now we cannot give enough.

For the record, I will continue to pay as long as I can afford it. I do not want to go back to where we came from.
