I bought some soldiers some upper deck tickets at the base on belle chasse for $11 of course I bought my tickets through the school

Myself and several others found rooms for 99$ a night... Called plenty that were 119$. A few places are more expensive and now the whole town is double... Excuses

I got my room at the Hyatt for 100.30 per night. Two weeks ago.

All the lower bowl tickets are obviously taken. And they must be trying not to open the upper deck because you can't get an upper deck seat anywhere. Plus ticketmaster is only selling lodge level in the end zones. I'm trying to get a terrace sideline seat, & it doesn't look good.

They should offer some kind of ticket deal for Saints fans who will be attending that game on Sunday. Never know who might be interested in catching a double-header that weekend.

The saints games have been sold out on season tickets for 9 years. I know People who have been on a waiting list for 9 years.

Well at least next year we can't go to the Nola bowl due to new bowl rules. ( can't go to the same bowl in consecutive years) Maybe that will make some happy on this board

Who's rule is this? NCAA? Why do they care (or have any say so) what bowl game a team goes to?

Who suggested and lobbied for this new rule?

I can't knock what I'm hearing the NO Bowl has done to promote the bowl. There are many large companies, Entergy and Valero for instance, that they've solicited to buy bulk tickets and promote. They're promoting the bowl pretty hard. They also stage these pushes leading up to the game. In other words, they've got the promotions in NO covered.

As for UL, we'll have a damn good showing. You knucklebutts just enjoy the game. In your attempts to put thunder in our clap, you're destroying the applause. The fans that attend are the genuine fans that you speak of. The rest are questionable, circumstantially. Deal with it.

My takeaway: A win this year is a must since it will be a record that can never be broken.
