Well that's one thing you have in common with LSU -- we hated the animated tiger head. We prefer the old school one that is still depicted on the helmets.

People kept confusing us with Georgia! We both have red uni's after all. It was even more confusing than the UL Louisville thing many people in Louisiana seem to struggle with.

And, LA Tech is the Bulldogs. Don't need two in one state.

Keep the Ragin Cajuns (#1 moniker in college sports per ESPN), have Fideaux (gator) as our mascot to go along with The Swamp, drop the Pepper mascot but keep the Pepper ONLY as the accent on Ragin', and use the Fleur de Lis as our university symbol.
