Tickets and snacks, about $50.00
Beating the necksters, nice.
Reverting back to my Blackham days and flashing this bad boy during the kiss cam in the first half, priceless

Wow! That was old fashioned ___ kicking. Hopefully a big wake up call for our team. Shawning us a stud..we had no answer. I guess everybody has a bad game know & then but I can't believe this sand UL squad lost to McNeese St by 10 last week.
Z, we may make a run at post season play, particularly if Wright continues to improve at point. However, do not be surprised if McNeese challenges for the Southland title. The two guys named Guidry and Hardy who did well against us can play for a lot of teams. Granted, I would like to play them with Wright available. He may have made the difference. Not having a point guard who stops penetration and is your best ball handler always is a bigger factor than most realize.
It was hard to watch the first half and yes the refs stunk it up but only down by a couple at half was encouraging considering two of our big time guys had two fouls each with less than 4 minutes played in the first half. I give credit to Coach Marlin for the way he handle Long's minutes tonight. Let him score get him out of there before he got too excited. He did this until 10 minutes left in the game.
We beat them last year and they still won the CUSA regular season title. You can't over react to one basketball game. Matchups have a lot to do with those outcomes. They don't match up with us inside just like we had trouble matching up with the guards of McNeese. Of course, Wright could have evened that up some.
