This very well may be our toughest test... but our only limitations are in coaching. And if they didn't realize from the first to second half of the Troy game that they screwed this D all year, they're brain dead. And for any and every limit TB has, he has a complimentary asset that intelligent coaching can use to destroy almost any team. We haven't played to the skills of this group all year long... because of coaching.
I expect, just as in our past bowl contests, the best of our coaching will show up. It's the key. We have the athletes. And if I take every Hud season in review, the very best coaching happened in each of our bowl games... every single year.
I'm stoked about seeing what we do with Nevada.
All I know is we better not get into that fish net sieve soft zone defense or they will throw 400+
If you're waiting on the line to move more in favor of Nevada, then you're betting on the Cajuns to lose. The line is at -1 because of the unknowns. Nevada playing an early game, Cajuns in front of home crowd yet again, two explosive offenses. When Cajuns lose this year, they lose big. If you think UL would cover a +8, +9, +whatever spread, then you might as well get in right now at Cajuns +1.
Everyone's jizzing in their pants about Fajardo. It hasn't matter who we've played at QB, they always light us up. It's our ability on offense to match it and get a few stops here and there. Their defense doesn't scare me.
