Reported 60,000...20,000 will maybe show up and it will consist of about 1,000 die hard tiger fans and 19,000 drunk Irish people.

After looking through their stats, I think we will have success running the football. If we can crank up a solid rushing attack then we should be able to score enough to keep things close.

2011. UL vs SDSU. Ryan Lindsey. 3153 yds passing. Ronnie hill man ( Denver Broncos) 1711 yds and 19 tds. Hillman had 50 yds and got his SSS whipped. Lindley was held in check. Sdsu had also smashed wash state that year. Lets not freak out.

    Geaux Cajuns!

ND fans all over this country. They could sell 60k tickets by the themselves.

    "...our debacle against TECH" ????

At least Tech is a Bowl-bound team with a winning record, who played in the CUSA Champ game....

The DEBACLE was our unexplainable loss to APPY St -- at HOME -- BY 19 POINTS!

I agree with you though- this is a GOOD Team that was one score away from winning 4 of their losses.

Lindley was held in check? He threw for over 400 yards. The 2011 team just had the offense to keep up. We could actually move the ball through the air.

Take your pick. My statement was mentioning that while losing by 20 is never good, at least they lost to a recent MWC power who was a season removed from knocking on BCS bowl contention and is a perennial player in the MWC pecking order. You are right, the Appie State game is bad in itself and is probably a worse loss considering, it too was at home and on senior night, and took us out of contention to share the conference title.

Wow. I'd expect that line to move significantly from now until game time. If you want to wager on the Cajuns, wait a week or so.
I have not placed a bet all year, but I want this action. I thought Nevada would at least be a 7pt favorite. Nevada has a legitimate QB, so I expect them to win by at least 2 touchdowns.

Gautier also had the luxury of the best receiving corps in UL history.
