This would be Huds biggest win if we can pull this one out. Very tall task ahead.

They are a good club.......probably on a par with San Diego ST the year we played them.....we have played excellent Football in all 3 NO Bowls and I would expect to play well again

I don't feel good about this match up at all. These boys are good. They will score on every position and quick. We need to keep them off the field

    My thoughts exactly.

Don't know their stats so they may look like they are run heavy but their QB is one of the better true dual threat QB's in the entire nation and has been starting for them for several years. He will be the best QB we play all year, hands down. Their offense will have a major advantage over our defense and if we don't get disciplined real quick, it could get ugly for us. We NEED to run the ball and control the clock..... Period

Their only "bad" loss was to Fresno State -- by 20.
The other 4 losses (to Arizona, Boise St, CO St, and AFA - all GOOD teams) were by one score.
And most would agree that loss is to a solid program who played in the MWC championship game and is one season removed from a wonderful season. That 20 point loss may look bad for them but its not as bas as our debacle against Tech

Because they are that arrogant and wouldn't want to play a team that is not significant in the CFB landscape. It would be beneath them to go play someone not nameworthy in the P5

QB Cody Fajardo is the real deal. We will more than have our hands full with him.

I won't be a bit surprised if we are double digit underdogs.

I just looked up the point spread.

    Nevada is -1

Wow. I'd expect that line to move significantly from now until game time. If you want to wager on the Cajuns, wait a week or so.

I've watched the Wolfpack several times this year. They don't quit. Quarterback gets ball to his receivers in clutch situations and many time scampers for long runs. Our defense will have to do something that they are not accustomed to doing, stay in position and protect angles.
