They are nearly identical to us statistically.

Your right. Coincidentally, they are very similar to San Diego State circa 2011.

Nerd Alert. Nevada is coached by Brian Polian the son of former NFL exec Bill Polian. If that's not ringing a bell, Bill was the architect of those Bills teams that went to 4 straight SBs and the guy that drafted Peyton Manning.

He was also at Indy for most of the glory years. Now if Nevada only had to draft players instead of recruiting them daddy might be a big, big help. I do think though, he could advise the youngun on how to build a team.

Talked with someone close to the Nevada team that said they keep hearing New Mexico. Who knows?

Been saying all week if it was an MWC school it would be Nevada or Utah State. I'll either be right or wrong.
