While fellow Sun Belt Conference member Georgia Southern tries to get bowl-eligible, UL still awaits formal announcement of its postseason plans.

It's been widely expected for some time now that the Ragin' Cajuns will make a fourth-straight trip to the New Orleans Bowl, which signaled clearly late last month that UL again is its top choice to represent the Sun Belt Conference.
